DIGITAL PRODUCTION CHALLENGE II – Registration closes by September 22!
For its 7th year, the European workshop on digital production workflows, especially designed for 35 film professionals, becomes multi-disciplinary and thus widens its doors to all film professionals, and from all countries.
This upcoming edition will take place in Lithuania, Vilnius, from 4 to 7 November 2015 in close cooperation with the European film festival SCANORAMA.
Learn from experienced producers and technical experts about different workflows and the pitfalls of digital production (2 case studies are already confirmed: “The Summer in Sangailé” by Alanté Kavaïté, awarded in Sundance 2015 as Best Director-World Cinema Dramatic Competition and the documentary “The Salt of the Earth” by Juliano Ribeiro Salgado & Wim Wenders, awarded in Cannes Un Certain Regard 2014 with the Special Prize and as Best Documentary at French César Awards); get a better grasp of this complex environment and acquire that shared language thus granting you full access to the decision chain; present your projects (feature, documentary, cross-media films) and get advice from experts to better position them within the digital workflow; discuss key topics such as teamwork, digital archiving and distribution challenges with your peers.
